Nancy MARSHALL Obituary

MARSHALL, Nancy Margaret (nee Cowling). Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on the 21st of March 2025. Aged 84 Years. Dearly loved wife of Barry. Beloved mother of Judith, Grant and Tracey. Adored by her many grandchildren and great grandchildren. A special thanks to the staff at Northbridge for their loving care of the last 8 months. A Service to celebrate Nancy's life will be held at the North Harbour Chapel of Dils Funeral Services, 185 Schnapper Rock Road, Albany, Auckland on Thursday, the 27th of March 2025 at 10:00am. I am Robert A. Maher, a current resident of Rhode Island, USA. In the 1980-1982 timeframe Nancy and I had some big adventures. She and I went on a months-long trip around the world, including Australia, Bali, Singapore, Japan, India/Sri Lanka/Maldives, Cairo, Israel. Then Tracey joined us in Paris, and the three of us travelled all around Europe by rail. It was quite an adventure, for sure.

And I am glad that later on Nancy found a good companion in Barry Marshall.
