Myra LEE Obituary
LEE, Myra Doris. Former Children's Book Editor - Ashton Scholastic, Australia. After a short illness, Myra passed away in Rotorua on June 4th 2023 aged 94. Dearly loved sister of Una Chandler and the late Nona Craig, Barbara Milne, Pamela Hallberg, and Ron, Roy and Rex Lee. She will be greatly missed by her nieces, nephews, and many friends. A life filled with world travel and lots of books. The service to celebrate Myra's life will be held at the Rotorua Crematorium Chapel, Sala Street, Rotorua on Saturday June 10th at 1.30pm. To dear rex and margaret and your sons plus your wider family my deepest sympathies to you all with the loss of your sister myra
I do recall your late sister nona craig rex like it was yesterday when i worked at west end new world i use to call her nanny craig when she did her shopping i still have the blanket she knitted for my baby jamie who is now 40 years old i have treasured it all these years so once again rex and margaret your sadness i feel.
