Murray WILLIAMS Obituary
WILLIAMS, Murray George. Passed away peacefully on November 2, 2021 at home, aged 88 years. Loved husband of Ruth. Best father and father-in-law of Alan and Gillian, Leanne and Robert, Grant and Daisy, Kathie, Robin and John and Sam. Adored Poppa of 18 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren and a father figure to many. Murray was the last of his sisters and brother. A private family celebration will be held due to Covid restrictions. Our mighty totara has fallen, but his legacy of hard work, creativity, cheek and love lives on.

He was my dad, mom and dad did something very few people would even think of doing, they showed me what could be and they gave me a life. No one will ever understand me because of my life experiences and that is okay because dad never tried to understand me, he just loved me. I've been somewhat tearful since I heard dad passed, but it's okay. He was poppa to my daughters and that's all that matters, I to will pass one day and I'll see see dad again, so I'm good. Love you mom and the rest of the family.
