Murray, Grandma,Sprogg a grand old man who was a great tradesman the best I have ever worked with.As a apprentice at Tomoana carpenters shop he taught me so much aspecially on the old lathe he was a real master chips flew every where the end result was amazing.He held his own checks but always a genial an.He will not be forgotten Robertie junior

My deepest condolences to Jeannette and David, and Murray´s family. Murray was a wonderful unassuming man, and great company during Hawke´s Bay Art Deco revival and our many outings. He will be missed by all who knew him.

To Jeanette & David, It was my pleasure to connect with Jeanette and yourself during your visits to see Murray. My interactions with Murray were few but always a delight, he was a kind gentleman, chatty at times and it was always a pleasure to visit and spend those few moments with him.
