SPENCER, Monica Iva. Beloved Mother of Owen, treasured Mother in Law of Susan and loving Nan of Justin and Jared. Sadly missed by her adoring Great Grand children Jaeda, Jack, Deonn, Phebie and Blake. She now rests in the arms of Our Lord. Rest in Peace for Ever.
