Monica MACKLEY Obituary

MACKLEY, Monica Marie. Monica passed away peacefully at Metlifecare Pinesong Care Home on Thursday 10 November 2022 after a short illness, aged 76 years, with her husband by her side. Beloved wife of Ian for 52 years. Much loved mother and mother-in-law of Richard and Jayna and grandmother of Zara and Siena. Treasured younger sister and soul-mate of John Bagley (UK). Much loved friend to many. In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated to the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Auckland towards research into secondary progressive MS. Special thanks to the nurses and care givers of the Pinesong Care Home, especially in the last days of her life. The funeral service for Monica will be held in the Garden Chapel of the Morrison Funeral Home, 220, Universal Drive, Henderson on Tuesday 22 November 2022 at 11:00am followed by interment at Waikumete Cemetery.
