GRAHAM, Monica Mary Therese (Mum,T). Sadly passed away peacefully on 8 November 2020, after fighting a long illness. Much loved, adored and special mum of Xavier, Seby and Hannah. Beautiful and adorable sister. Extremely wonderful loyal and best friend of Mau. Very loving sister in law of Andrew. T, you travelled a very long road, constantly suffering in severe pain. Hon, your journey of pain has ended. You are finally at peace. We all miss and love you so very much. You will forever be in our hearts. Your spirit will be with us every single day.
