To Mr Fitz, Kim, Deb, Tracy and Lys. I have some lovely memories of dear Mon. Her gentle nature and kindness. I loved her custard squares, not so keen on the beetroot mousse though. I hope she is catching up with Dad for a gin. Lots of love Ruth Coutie xxx
