How to say goodbye..? My dearest friend, today I learned of your death. I'm devastated you have gone. Since we were 13 years old, we've navigated a way through life, sharing hilarity and horrendous, sharing strengths and raw grief. Our supporters support group of 2 got us both through the time we cared for our mothers, who also knew each other. We grieved together, shared loneliness. All because we sat on that ARA bus to Saint Benedicts every morning of secondary school. Moira, my emptiness calls out to you! I will miss you, remember you, think of you always. You have gone before me. My beloved heart sister, safe journey, be carried by the love and gratitude of us all. You made life better, thank you, thank you, thank you! Rest easy, in the place of Peace. Love you infinitely. Mary

I was absolutely shocked to hear of Moira´s. She was a dear friend & an amazing lady. She had a wonderful adventurous spirit which I admired immensely. We first met as teachers in the early 80s & I have valued her friendship over the years. My heartfelt sympathy goes out to you Patrick. Michelle, Wendy and her great nieces. You were never far from her thoughts & she shared some lovely times about you all. I will miss her terribly but she will be in my thoughts. God bless you dear friend.

Moira you were such a special lady - I loved our talks together on messenger and in person, some work related and others around our personal lives and experiences. You will be missed by the people you supported, colleagues you worked with and your family. I am so glad you had your overseas trips recently and those lovely experiences. I will miss you, your laugh, your jokes and conversation and your garden and travel photos on Facebook.
In loving memory of a wonderful person - who will remain in my thoughts for a long time. My condolences to your family.

Moira. You will always be remembered by your green group RTLB trainees as one special lady. A smile, laugh for every occasion, calling a spade a bloody sharp one, cutting through the crap and being honest. You were a great friend to us and we have been left with treasured memories. Rest well

I am going to miss your friendly, laughing personality Moira. You were always good company and enjoyed life to the full. This is a sad and tragic loss, a loss of a valued life far too soon.
