Michelle HUGHES Obituary
HUGHES, Michelle Yvonne. 22 January 1979 - 21 June 2024. Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family. Michelle, aged 45, had a brave 2 1/2-year tussle with sigmoid colon cancer. Mum to 7-year- old Owen and partner to Craig Tatton. Treasured daughter of Jan and Russell Hughes. Much- loved sister and friend to Andrea Hughes, and aunty to Jasper and Morgan (Melbourne). Michelle will live on in our hearts forever. A private family cremation will be held, followed by a celebration of Michelle's life. Date and venue to be confirmed. Michelle's family would like to thank her medical team for their care and attention, and Mercy Hospice for their care and support. Dear Jan and Russell. I remember you all when the girls were young and we were neighbours. Both your girls were lovely. So sorry to read that Michelle has passed so young . I imagine it is tough to go through. Thinking of you at this difficult time. Blessings.
