van BOKHOVEN, Michael. On October 01, 2020 Our beautiful son aged 48 left us suddenly and unexpectedly 2 years ago today. Our 'bubble' buddy's passing has had a profound effect on our lives. A humble man, a knowing smile, our robust discussions, your wisdom, and hugs after your regular visits will never be forgotten. We love you and miss you deeply. RIP darling. Kathy, Rick and family
