VAN ANSEM, Michael Anthony (Mike). On November 14, 2012 suddenly in Sydney, Australia aged 55 years. Dearly loved husband, best friend and soul mate of Margaret; adored father of Carla and Grant and their partners Hadyn and Melanie. Son of Peter, respected brother and brother-in-law of Anneliese and John, Elsa and Robert, Val and Jeremy. Uncle of Stephen and Katherine, Donna, David and Mirielle, Andrew and Hamish, Great uncle of Samantha and Hayley and Angelique and Julien. Messages C/- Margaret, PO Box 460, Masterton. A service to celebrate Mike's life will be held in the Masterton Club, Essex Street, Masterton on Friday November 30 at 1:00pm followed by private burial. I was saddened and shocked today to hear of Mike's passing. I worked with Mike for nearly a decade and he was a great mentor and a good friend. My deepest sympathies go out to Mike's family and friends.
