Michael SULLIVAN Obituary

SULLIVAN, Michael Anthony (Mike). Passed away at Middlemore Hospital 31August 2021. Aged 82 years. Son of the late Jack and Loma, brother of Gil (deceased) Shona and Roz R.I.P A service will be held at a later date.

Mike was a great conversationalist over a variety of topics but especially rugby in South Africa where he was an English speaking commentator for a number of years. Mike was community minded participating in Lions service club, Labour Party activities and his Catholic faith.
With his sporting interest he enjoyed his bowls at Maraetai bowling club.
Vale Mike a good friend and bowling mentor to me.

R.I.P. Michael. Reading your name I have so many memories of you and your family from when I worked in your dads book shop in Te Aroha from 1955 to 57 starting as a young 15 yr old until I went nursing at 17. I hope you had a good life. Kaye Fleming ( nee Pentecost ).
