Michael RANBY Obituary

RANBY, Michael John. 1 May 1957 - 16 August 2021. Mike, beloved son of Peter and Sharon Ranby, brother of John and Frances, whose visits helped share the journey. Discharged from hospital before Christmas, Mike was able to be cared for at home with help from the dedicated teams at Hospice, our Support Workers and District Nurses. Alongside times with friends, Tim and Tina helped make Mike's time warm, safe and richly memorable. His Birthday Party with the Craft beer and crayfish, and in his last days, the orchestra of gentle groans and deep snoring, made the family lounge his special bedroom to be shared. A private service was held with family on Tuesday. Mike, your warm heart, wise words and laughter, remain with us.
