Michael JACKSON Obituary

JACKSON, Michael Joseph (Mike Jackson). 10th April 1936 - 26th May 2024, aged 88, passed away after a short illness with his daughters by his side. Dearly loved husband of the late Gloria-Jean, wonderful, supportive Dad to Cherie and Janine, esteemed father-in-law of Bryan, loving and proud Grandad (Gaga) to Lance, Jacob, Jessica, Whitney, Olivia and Georgia, Great-Grandad to Caleb, Zac, Chanel, James, Levi, Chloe and Kaia. Special friend and partner of Glenda. It was such a privilege and honour to have you in our lives. You will be forever missed and remembered with love. Huge thanks to Mike's GP's Ian Rapson, Michael Fraser and the wonderful West Auckland Hospice Doctors, Nurses and support staff, who we will endlessly be grateful to. In accordance with Mike's wishes, a private family service was held, along with a celebration of his life at Tairua.
