HELEAN, Michael Guy. Passed away Friday 12 July 2024 in the tender care of Bruce McLaren Retirement Village, age 84, with family at his side. Dearly loved husband of Gwenda; loved father and father-in-law of Tanya & Rob, John and Sophie, Robert and Mandy, Elizabeth and Damian; proud Poppa of Antoine, Emma, Olivia, Charlotte, Declan, Keira, Reid and Priya. Retired Managing Director of Custom Controls Ltd. Grateful thanks for the love and care from the staff on Level 3 at Bruce McLaren. Your life was a blessing, your memory a treasure, you are loved beyond words and missed beyond measure. Those we love don't go away, they walk beside us every day. Unseen, unheard, but always near. Still loved, still missed and forever dear. A gentleman to the end. A private cremation has been held.
