So sorry to hear of Mike's passing. My thoughts are with you Dijanna and Dijon. I have such fond memories of Uncle Mike... his fun sense of humour, his cars, staying in Dargaville.
I am unable to come to Mike's funeral as l am in Europe. Sending love and hugs.

So sad to learn of Michael´s passing. Prior to his relatively recent shift to live in Christchurch, Michael had been a very active, supportive and positive member of the Parkinson´s community in Northland, especially in Whangarei. For several years, Michael served as Chairman of the Northland Parkinson´s Action Group. Michael was a man of integrity, humility and humanity (with an endearing sense of humour). He will be sadly missed. Michael had the gift of being able to lift the spirits of those he came in contact with. Pocivao u miru (Rest in Peace). Sincere condolences to Lea, children, grandchildren and to the wider family. With love and respect from Peter Garelja.
