Michael COOPER Obituary

COOPER, Michael David (David) (Reverend). The Reverend David Cooper passed at Thames Hospital surrounded by his family and cherished wife Sue, on 10th October, 2025; aged 89 years. Dearly loved husband, companion and best friend of Susan for the past nine years and the late Shirley for 61 years. Loved and cherished Dad of Mark and Margo, Shane and Rosemary, Nigel and Karen, and Ruth and Glenn. Loved grandad of Eleanor, Aimee, Melany, Bruce, Charlotte, Briony, Alice, Jaime Ella, the late Olivia, and great-grandad to 6 great- grandchildren. A special thank you to Dr Stephen Gunn, Dr Phillip Daniels and the wonderful staff who provided care to David in his last days at Thames Hospital. A private cremation with family was held on Sunday 12th October. A Celebration of David's life will be held at St George The Martyr Anglican Church, Mackay Street, Thames on Wednesday 15th October at 11am.
