Michael CHRISTENSEN Obituary

I am so sad to hear about Mike´s death. My name is Kitty Schild and I live in El Paso, Texas. I met him 35 years ago when a friend and I were seated next to him on a plane headed to New Zealand. The three of us talked almost the whole trip. He told us to contact him when we got to Wellington. He and his wife had us over for lunch; then he took us out to visit the bush. It was a wonderful day. We kept in touch for a few years but then it tapered off. He always wanted to come to El Paso to go rock climbing in Hueco Tanks. I still remember the pictures he showed us of himself and his boys doing extreme mountain kayaking. I am coming back to New Zealand this November. That´s why I googled him to try and get in touch with him. If anyone of his family reads this and wants to get in touch with me, they can contact me at [email protected].
