Michael BURDETT Obituary

BURDETT, Michael Robert Passed away peacefully at Glenburn Hospital with family at his side. Precious sweetheart of Helen. Loving father of Shayne and Rhonda, Shelley and Brendon and Angela (deceased). Loving Grandad/Pop of Nicholas, Amanda, Samantha, Laukas, and loving great grandfather to Alexis. Thank you to all the staff at Glenburn Hospital and Rest Home for their care and support. We love you, we miss you. Rest in peace. A service for Michael will be held in the Chapel of Tilton Opie and Pattinson 3232 Great North Road New Lynn (entrance on Fruitvale Rd) on Thursday 26 June 2014 at 1.00pm followed by private cremation.

I have just learned the sad news of Michael's passing. Please accept our sincere condolences and my thoughts will be with you through this very difficult time. It was lovely to see Michael at our Dad's funeral and the Ridley name certainly caught his attention. My talk with Helen some time ago was great and I certainly had the sense of the great love that Helen and Michael shared. He will be missed by those who knew him.
