BAKER, Michael William (Jeweller extraordinaire). Mike passed away at North Shore Hospital on Christmas Day, the 25th December 2021, aged 75 years, surrounded by love. Dearly loved husband, for 55 years and 8 days, of Carol (nee McPherson). Loved and admired Dad of Daren, Stephen, Jeffrey, Hayden and Adam and loved father-in-law of past and present daughters-in-law Julie, Andrea, Toni, Justine and Makinsie. Most adored Poppa of Ethan and Hayley; Dylan and James; Fynn and Connor; Beau and Bjorn; Aiden and Addison. Mike you were "Simply the Best" and we cannot imagine life without your larger than life presence. A funeral service for Mike will be held at the North Harbour Chapel of Dil's Funeral Services, 185 Schnapper Rock Road, Albany on Friday the 31st December at 2pm. Numbers are restricted so please contact Mike's family if you wish to attend.

BAKER, Michael William. Passed away peacefully, with his beloved wife Carol at his side, on Christmas Day 2021 at North Shore Hospital, Auckland. Dearly loved and very special brother and brother-in-law to Stephen and Kaye Baker, dearly loved Uncle to Antoni and Gareth Baker and Great 'Uncle Moro' to Reece and Lance Baker. Michael's passing will leave a huge void in the lives of all who knew him and loved him. Rest in peace dear brother, you will be missed each and every day, never far from our thoughts and always in our hearts.
