HODGSON, Mervyn Clifford (Merv). With sadness and a sob in our hearts, the family of Mervyn Clifford Hodgson announce his passing on March 21, 2026, at Pukekohe Hospital. Beloved husband of Jackie, father of Paul, Nicky and Simon. Poppa of Monique, Joshua, Charles, Mackayla, Hannah, Zoe and Amber. Great grandad of James. Eternal Peace A memorial service will be held at a later date.

I was so sorry to read of the passing of Merv or Hoddy as he was called in our family. We were all so very fond of him and thought him and Jackie such a lovely couple.
