Mereana was a great friend and colleague. We worked together at the Office of the Children´s Commissioner.

I was so sad to hearing of Mereanas passing, she had a smile that would light up a room, and a personality to match. Such fun times working with her at Ministry of Youth Affairs. Sending much love to the whanau. Xx

Dear Ruri whanau
We were all very shocked and saddened to hear about the sudden passing of Mereana. She will always be remembered not only for her kindness, humour and radiant personality, but she was also influential in managing one of our major projects during her time with us at the Dental Council. We were very privileged to have Mereana as part of our team.
On behalf of the Council team, please accept our deepest sympathies. We are all sorry for your loss and our thoughts are with you at this time.
