Melva BOWEN Obituary

BOWEN, Melva Kathryn (Mel). Passed away peacefully on Sunday 12th March, 2023, after her long and courageous battle. Darling wife of Bernard (Barney), and loved mother of Karen (Perth), Shelley (UK), and Philip (NZ). Revered step- Mum of David and Michelle. Loved Nana Mel of William, Daniel, Emily, Jamie, Lucy, Emma, Ashley, Matthew, Madison, and great-Nan of three. 'Requiescat in Pace' Requiem Mass will be held at St Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 111 Baillie Street, Thames on Friday 17th March at 10.00am, followed by interment at Totara Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations to NZ Cancer Society Waikato Division would be appreciated, and may be made online or left at the service.
