Mel all your family here in Wales are so sad to hear of your struggles over the past weeks. We were not aware of how much you were struggling with life . You are at peace now and out of your pains. I met Mel and your dad Paul when they lived in Vancouver Canada in the `80´s. We became great friends and continued on through the years. Met up with Mel in Cardiff in 2013 and spent the afternoon with her and her mom. A day I won´t forget. Love you Mel. I always see your smile and loved your sense of humour. You will be missed. Rest now.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I've been online friends for 17 yrs with Mel and grew to love her sense of humor and her beautiful poetry. I always looked forward to her fb posts, especially the ones including pictures of her beloved granddaughter's, I'm a grandma, too.
May Melanie rest in Peace & Love. She was, and still is a beautiful spirit in my life.

So sorry to hear of Mels parsing. I worked with Mel for a number of years.
She was a wonderful bubbly person and will be sadly missed by all that new her.

May there be comfort in knowing Mel was special ,and will never be forgotten but all who was lucky enough to have known her .
