Megan was a very kind and caring lady who adored her kids. She was vivacious in her demeanour and thorough in her teaching and planning.Thank you for your encouragment. You were very open and encouraging when I returned from PNG and spent time in your classroom learning the 'how' of teaching back in NZ. Praying for family and staff as you make the adjustments to life without the very precious lady who embodied life. From May Kirkham

From the very first time we met Megan, she stood out as a kind, caring, and compassionate person. Her thirst for knowing more about helping the students she was Teacher Aide for at Patumahoe School meant we often were in long conversation with her. Eventually her interest and passion to assist the students saw her train as a Teacher and return to Patumahoe School where she continued to show a deep interest in bringing out the best in her students. Her dedication and thoroughness in applying what she knew will have helped countless students over the years. Our condolences to her family and her School Community 'family'. She will be greatly missed. Jenny, Joanna and Karina. South Auckland Physical Disabilities Service.

Megan you helped Ryley with his speech when he was 5. We would come to the old Dentist building at Patumahoe Primary in 2004! We remember your warmth, kindness and humour. You always asked after Ryley when we saw you. Ryley thought you were wonderful. Our condolences to Megans family at this very sad time.
