Maxwell POWNALL Obituary

POWNALL, Maxwell Benedict (Max). Max, aged 81 years, passed out of this world on 1 October 2025, after a short illness. Max was the dearly loved second son of Elsie and Redvers, and a cherished and much loved brother and uncle of Elayne, Allan (deceased) and Ross, and their families; and he was loved by his many friends. He will be sadly missed by us all. A Requiem Mass to farewell Max will be held at St Francis de Sales Catholic Church, 8 Finchley Road, Waiake at 12 noon on Thursday 9th October 2025, prior to his interment in the North Shore Memorial Park Cemetery. The Pownall family would like to acknowledge and thank the Doctor and team at Greenwich Gardens Care Home for their kindness and care of Max over the past two years.
