Mavis POWER Obituary

POWER, Mavis Therese. Of Palmerston North peacefully at Arohanui Hospice on 3rd December 2018. Aged 86 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Gerard. Much loved mother and mother in law of Cushla Kelly; Colleen Maxwell; Patrick and Sharon; Liam and Ann. Loved Gran of all her grand and great grandchildren. Messages to Power family c/- P.O.Box 5191, Palmerston North 4441. Donations in lieu of flowers to the Arohanui Hospice would be appreciated and may be left in the Cathedral foyer. Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Mavis at the Cathedral of the Holy Spirit, Broadway Avenue, Palmerston North on Monday 10th December 2018 at 1.30 pm. Dear Cushla and family our deepest sympathy in learning of Mavis ' death last Monday. She is now at peace. Mass was offered for Mavis at the Parish of the Holy Family in Nelson and Stoke this past weekend 8-9 Dec. Blessings and prayers Fr Bill and the parish.
