Dearest treasured grandmother Mavis, I love you and always will. you taught me alot and gave me insight , and I am glad you met my son Phoenix, and that he also met grandfather Bill. Your picture of the brochure of you from ozbornes takes pride in my sitting room, such a beautiful lady, and I keep buying roses or drink feijoa juice for you on your what would be your birthday to remember you by, and a paua fritter for Bill, and will teach phoenix more fishing. LOVE YOU and sorry you could not make my wedding, it would have meant alot. You and bill kept the family together, and your humour will always be remembered, i can still hear Bills laugh and your voice at times, and how Bill answered the phone and handed me on to you. I have a newer car now and am studying teaching special needs students. Love the quiet life on the farm with sea views, sad you never saw it, i am sure you would love my garden I made from scratch and the sea views, as would Bill, Such a great milestone to have seen you into my 40s. Rest in peace,God bless, love Melanie and family..xxx

My condolences to the family. I enjoyed visiting Mavis and Bill, and had stayed with them and My sister Liz at their family home. Many great and funny memories there.
Mavis and Bill are together again.
Lots of love and thoughts for you all tomorrow.

I always remember Aunty Mavis and uncle Bill making us all so welcome when we used to go and stay with them. Aunty Mavis was the most amazing host and you never went hungry. I have wonderful memories of the special times we had. A wonderful Aunty. Our deepest sympathy to all the family.
