Maurice TOBIN Obituary

TOBIN, Maurice John. Died on 9th December 2023. Dearly loved husband of Luisa. Father to Brent and Julie. Brother of June, Neil, Ann, and their partners. Brother-in-law to the Leonard family. A service to celebrate Maurice's life will be held at 11:30am on Thursday 21st December at St Mary Immaculate Church, 114 Elizabeth Street, Tauranga. Luisa and extended Family,
We send our love and sympathy to you all as you say farewell to Maurice.
We met a young Maurice over 40 years ago when he was transferred to New Plymouth for work. He joined the New Plymouth Badminton Club and the Taranaki Badminton Association. Fond memories of those times of many a tournament played, whether it be Taranaki provincial Inter-Club or Inter-Provincial. Farewell also from the 'Badminton Belles' of the Hawera Badminton Club!
