HOMAN, Maurice John (Morrie). NZ Boxing Champion 1954 -55 Passed away peacefully at Dunedin Hospital on June 24, 2016 with family by his side; aged 81 years. Father and father-in-law of Raewyne and Peter, Barry and Elaine, Michael and grandad and great grandad to his grandchildren. Thanks to the medical team at Dunedin Hospital and thanks for the caring support of family and friends. A service for Morrie will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, cnr Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street, Dunedin at 3.00pm on Tuesday June 28, followed by private cremation.
