Maurice BLAKE Obituary

BLAKE, Maurice (Mossie). Passed away on the 23rd July 2022 at 90 years of age with family by his side after a courageous fight. Reunited with his beloved wife, the late Shirley. Loved Father and Father-in-law of Steve and Helen, Elaine and Kevin, Jeff and Kristin, and Sandra and David. Proud Poppa of Michael, Tina, Leanne, Steve Jnr, Aimee, Lauren, Nicole. Julia, Shannon and Danielle. Treasured Great Poppa to 18 Great-Grand Children. A celebration of Mossie's life will be held at Grahams Funeral Services, West street, Tuakau on Saturday, the 30th of July, 2022 at 1pm. Thankyou to the wonderful staff at Pukekohe Hospital and Middlemore Hospital for their incredible care and support of Mossie and his family during his stay.

A good work mate of the late1960s with Johnny Elliot.
I remember the scaffolding collasping underneath me and Mossey grabbed my arm and pulled me back inside through the framing, 30ft up. Thanks Mossey.
