NELSON, Mathew (Mat). Aged 51 years. (formerly of Hastings, RNZ Naval Service and Tauranga) Peacefully at home in Nelson. Dearly loved son of Noru and Bill, loved brother of Sharon and brother- in-law Hondo (Melbourne) Loved partner of Kura and proud, caring father of Natana. A gentle soul taken too soon, who will be missed by his Irish and Pakipaki whanau and many friends. Rest in peace Mat, you will be forever in our hearts.
