Mary TAKIE Obituary

Takie, Mary Ellen (Nee Tallentire). Passed away peacefully on 30 November, surrounded by her loving family. In this big wide world where paths unfold, Lived Queen Mary with a heart of gold. From lotto dreams to days at the mall, She spread her laughter to one and all. A social soul, so warm and bright In all she met she shone her light. Loved mother, nana, great-nana, sister, aunt and cherished friend to many. Her kindness, quick wit and open heart touched everyone who crossed her path. She leaves behind memories full of sparkle and friendships built across a lifetime. Now reunited with her beloved husband- May they sit together once more, waiting for the bus, hand in hand. Forever loved. Forever missed. A celebration of Mary's life will be held at North Shore Memorial Park on Wednesday 3 December 2025 at 11am.
