SMITH, Mary (nee Elmiger). Peacefully at Matamata Country Lodge on the 30th July, aged 108. Dearly loved wife of the late Fred. Much loved mum of Marlene and the late Noel Riordan, Philip and Judi, Barry and Colleen, Annette and Jim Forrest, Suzanne and Stephen Murdoch. Dearly loved nana of all her grandchildren, great grandchildren and one great, great grandchild. Farewell my children my life has passed, I dearly loved you until the last, Weep not for me, no sorrow take, But please love each other for my sake A private family service has been held for Mary. Messages to be sent to the Smith Family C/- Broadway Funeral Home, 10 Short Street, Matamata 3400.

My dearest Nana Mary was such a special person. We were incredibly fortunate to have her for so long. We will miss her so much. She loved her family immensely and was always interested in what we were doing. I loved our times together and all my happy memories of when I was little and visited her and Grandad Fred. RIP Nana
