SMITH, Mary-Ellen. Born September 19, 1949. Passed peacefully at Whangarei Hospital on 18 October 2023. Beloved wife of Alan and much loved eldest sister of Wes and Carol; Norm and Sue; Nigel; Gail and Mark and Angie and Phil. Funeral 10.30 a.m. Tuesday 24th October at Maunu Crematorium Whangarei

Mary-Ellen and I were same class at Henderson Primary in the 1950s. She been a true friend, from a distance - and more latterly a soul sister in the Lord. She surely is earth's loss and heaven's gain. Condolences to you Alan and family
