DONEGAN, Mary Antonia. Passed away peacefully on 26th November 2025 surrounded by loved ones. A devoted and caring Mother and cherished Grandmother, whose warmth compassion and unwavering support enriched the lives of all who knew her. A highly intelligent and dedicated Psychiatric Nurse, she touched countless lives with her empathy, strength and dedication. Her love of books and lifelong passion for reading reflected the depth of her curiosity and wisdom. Loved always by her family, her daughter Celia, son-in-law Mark, and Grandsons Nicholas and Oliver, she will be deeply missed and forever remembered. DONEGAN, Mary Antonia. It is with great sorrow we announce the death of our sister Mary on Wednesday 26 November 2025 at St John's Hospital. Beloved daughter of Austin and Phyllis Donegan (deceased) and dearest sister and sister-in-law of Colleen, Patricia and Bruce, Julie, Deirdre and Bruce, Catherine and Bernard, Michael, Anthony (deceased), Rachel and Don, Anne Marie, Fiona, Seamus and Heida. Mary's family was a vital part of her life and she will be greatly missed. Mary's funeral will be held on Monday 1 December, 1pm at Purewa Cemetery. We sincerely thank all medical staff at Auckland City Hospital and St John's CHT.
