Dear Lauren, Jessica, Henrik, Frederik, and family,
Martin was a truly remarkable person. He was my first leader right after I graduated from school, and I will always remember his kindness, patience, and genuine willingness to help those around him.
He went above and beyond to guide and support us-even inviting us to come in early, before working hours, to teach us technical topics. That kind of dedication left a lasting impression on me. I am especially grateful for the way he supported me in finding my next job-something I will never forget.
Back in 2003/2004, during his time in Oman, he asked me if there was a way he could go fishing. I took him to a local area where fishermen gathered and managed to connect him with one of them. He was so happy-and after that, he went fishing almost every weekend. It was something that brought him real joy.
It´s hard to put into words the sadness I felt when I heard the news.
Rest in peace, Martin. You will always be remembered.

It is with deep sorrow and a heavy heart that I received the news of the passing of my dear friend, Martin Arndt. Words feel so small in moments like these, especially when remembering someone who brought so much warmth and kindness into the lives of those around him.
Martin was more than just a friend during his time in Oman - he was a gentle soul with a heart full of compassion and sincerity. His kindness was effortless, his presence comforting, and his laughter something that could brighten even the most ordinary of days. Whether in conversation or quiet company, Martin had a unique way of making people feel heard, respected, and genuinely appreciated.
I will always treasure the beautiful memories we shared - moments of camaraderie, meaningful discussions, and the trust that only comes from a friendship built on mutual respect and sincerity. His sweet nature and graceful spirit left a mark on everyone he met.
Losing Martin is a profound loss. His memory will live on in our hearts, and in the gentle echoes of the kindness he so generously offered the world.
My heartfelt condolences go out to his family and loved ones. May his soul rest in peace, and may we find comfort in knowing we were fortunate to have known such a beautiful human being.
With deepest sympathy,

I can not imagine what Martin's family and close ones are going through, I knew Martin for over three years when we worked together back in Oman between 2003 and 2006, he was such an outstanding and fantastic person that always showed us professionalism and common sense with every aspect of things we worked on. I cherish him as an individual and my heart felt and deepest condolences to his family and closed ones.

Dear Lauren, Jessica, Henrik, Frederik and family,
My heartfelt sympathies for your loss. As a client, I had the absolute pleasure of working with Martin across multiple projects over the years and got to see his intellect and passion in action. He was well-liked by all, and we often got distracted chatting about fishing or life outside of work. He had a brilliant mind and will be deeply missed.
With sincere condolences, Daniel and the Entrada Team

I was truly heartbroken to hear about Martin's passing. Please accept my deepest condolences.
Martin had a rare quality - he made people feel seen, heard & empowered. His support came without conditions and his encouragement carried more weight than he probably ever realized.
The trust & confidence he placed in people, including myself, made a real difference. That kind of empowerment is a gift -- and Martin gave it generously.
May his soul rest in peace, and may his loved ones find comfort in the immense legacy of grace, strength, and quiet leadership he leaves behind.

My journey with Cognizant began with Martin, who conducted my initial interview. He left a lasting impression on me-calm, deeply knowledgeable, approachable, and warm-hearted. Anyone who had the privilege of working with Martin would agree that he was a truly remarkable human being.
It feels profoundly unfair that someone as good as Martin had such a short life. Yet, the legacy he leaves behind is powerful and deeply meaningful. My heartfelt condolences go out to Martin´s family during this difficult time.

I am deeply saddened by the passing of Martin. He was not only a remarkable colleague but also a mentor who played a significant role in my journey at Servian/Cognizant. From the very beginning, he welcomed me with warmth, guidance, and a sense of humor that could brighten even the most challenging days.
What stood out most about him was his unwavering belief that family always comes first-a value he lived by and often reminded us of. His ability to find lightness in tough situations and to bring joy to those around him made working with him a truly special experience.
He will be deeply missed and I hope to pass on the same joy, kindness, and wisdom that he so generously gave to all of us.

Martin was an incredible individual, a thoughtful and supportive mentor to many, a trusted peer, friend and a kind-hearted presence across the Cognizant business globally in and NZ. He brought warmth, integrity, and humour into every interaction, and his impact on all of us (and our clients) has been profound. He will be remembered in his work for always thinking outside the box, for his great passion for technology and making the complex simple (and his incredible diagrams and storytelling). Outside of work Martin loved his family and fly-fishing. Our deepest condolences to his wife Lauren and children Jessica, Henrik and Frederik.

I was very saddened to hear of Martin’s passing. Even knowing he had been unwell, it still came as a shock. Martin was a genuinely good man—someone I always enjoyed seeing at school events over the years, especially during those St Peter’s cricket games when our sons played together. I valued his insight, humour, and quiet strength. My thoughts and prayers are with his family during this difficult time.
