Growing up on neighboring farms in the 1960's Mark was a loyal lifelong friend, he was witty, kind, gentle, and fair, being very intelligent he had a gift for interesting conversations on many topics, not always about farming!, but he loved his land and his stock. He will be sadly missed by many. It is with great sadness that his time has come way too soon, Te Kowhai will never be the same with his passing. Thank you to all that cared for him over the last few rough years. Go easy dear Mark you battled bravely, now rest in peace and love.

As an old school mate we always enjoyed catching up comparing notes and trying to sort the farming industry out
