O'CONNOR, Mark Davies. Passed away suddenly, at Waikato Hospital, on 30 June 2017, surrounded by his family. Aged 90 years. Very dearly loved husband of Mollie (nee Coleman). Dearly loved father and father-in-law of Jeanette Stephens and Ken Couper, and Gary Stephens (deceased), Judith and Phillip Robinson, Pauline O'Connor and Phil Butcher, Mark and Clare O'Connor, Miriam and Ian Potts, Gail and John Riddell. Treasured Grandad of his 14 grandchildren. 'Constantly loved, ever remembered' Requiem Mass for Mark will be celebrated at the Cathedral of the Blessed Virgin Mary, 494 Grey Street, Hamilton East on Friday 7 July at 1.30 p.m. followed by burial at the Hamilton Park Cemetery, 395 Morrinsville Road, Newstead. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all at this sad time. Such a humble man who touched so many lives. So hold on to the beautiful memories you have of Mark and know that he will always be with you in spirit. And be comforted by the knowledge that he is now resting in the arms of the Lord. Uncle Mark you were a real favourite, I loved meeting up with you and visiting and listening to your stories about your childhood etc. Thanks for all the lovely memories and your friendship I will really miss you but will visit aunty Mollie more often and help her through her grief as much as I can. I will sing Phil the Fluters Ball for you. Lots of love to you always xxxx
