Mark LEECH Obituary

My dear brother Mark, even though your life was on the other side of the world I always knew your were there, and I always hoped one day to experience a little slice of heaven that you loved so much. My memories of us go way back to our childhood and the word that always springs to mind is cheery! So easy to be around, such a calm character, even as a young boy. I always marvelled at your effortless ease at which you just excelled at school and your apprenticeships, and indeed you were sort after on more than one occasion in your career going forward. A testament to you for sure. Your talent for drawing and design was natural and I drove you mad always asking you to draw me pictures but you never got annoyed, I can't remember even one time. The memory of you impersonating Elvis will be a treasured one. You had the moves! I'm so grateful you made a wonderful, fulfilling life in New Zealand with Anna, Maddie and Brooke. Wow, what a life, quietly ambitious but with without any show. Just a good guy and a gentle brother. Sleep tight. Love always your sister Kimberley xx
