Sad to hear Mark has left us. Known him for many years from the many events we have shared accomodations, from shared committees and organisations. One of the few people who had no issues with a snoring roommate! Miss him dearly and my deepest condolences to his nearest and dearest family.
Wishing you all a wonderful rememberance service. I have lost my own relative this weekend and feel both losses very much.

Very sorry to hear of Marks passing. I new him for many years from the Auckland Metropolitan Model Railway club and traveled around the US with him a couple of times in the late '80's. He was a great traveling companion with a very laid back attitude. One of the things that always amused us, as his traveling companions, was the amount of food he could put away for someone of such slim stature. A large stack of pancakes for breakfast was no problem. They were great trips. We lost contact a bit in later years seeing each other occasionally at model railway events where we would rehash stories of our adventures. The photo shows our little group at track side in 1989 in the US. Mark in the blue T Shirt. My condolences to all of marks family.
