Mark HOTU Obituary

HOTU, Mark Te Ahu. On 21 January 2023, Dr Mark Hotu passed peacefully surrounded by his family. He was a fighter to the end. Much loved partner of Natalie, beloved Dad of Indie and Beau-Ruby. Dearly loved son of Judy and the late William Pakukohatu Hotu. Much loved brother of Cheri, Mike, Sandra, Ed, and Wayne. Beloved uncle to Paloma, Marley and Tumana. Mark, we love you and miss you so much. We are heartbroken. Until we meet again. Mark's tangi started Sunday night 22 January at Te Kauae Marae, 954 Mangarino Street, Hangatiki Waitomo district. Service at 11am on 25 January, followed by burial and hakari. All welcome. A farewell will also be held in Tamaki Makaurau Auckland at a later date and details TBA.
