I first meet Marion at St Georges Anglican Church Landscape Road Papatoetoe, then again, we met up at Papatoetoe High School, I found her a kind and caring person and I am so sorry that she has gone, words don't seem to say enough, may you find peace in the memories you hold. Good friends are hard to find, in a lifetime you only get a few. These special friends bring out your inner strengths, uplift your soul and make you feel blessed to have had them in your life.
Marion was in my life for over 60 years but will now remain in my memories forever. It was a pleasure to be her bridesmaid 50 years ago and regard her as a pseudo sister. I´ll miss her presence and beautiful smile at our "3 sister lunches" with Jocelyn.
