HETHERINGTON, Marilyn Elizabeth (nee Skipage). On Wednesday, 5th June 2024, peacefully after a short illness. Best friend and partner of Diane. Loved mother of Joy, Wendy and Anne. Treasured step mum to Danielle and Douglas. Loved big sister of Suzzanne and Sonny Mitchell, Bev and Grant Henderson and the late John and Sue Skipage. Special Nana to Jackson, Rhiannon, Danny, Eva, Max, and Emily, an amazing Aunty to Wayne, Peter, Rosalind, Matthew, Robert, Chris, Toni and Daniel and their families. "A big heart is now at rest." A service to celebrate Marilyn will be held in the Te Aroha RSA, Rewi Street, on Monday, 10th June at 10am. Special thanks to staff at Waikato Hospital for your compassionate care.
