Marie BURMAN Obituary

BURMAN, Marie Grace (Q.S.M) (nee Kemplay). Passed away at Middlemore Hospital 8th January 2023 age 86. Loved mother to Bill and adored sister of Ernie and Judy. Cherished aunt to her special niece Karel. Remembered for a life well lived with political passion, a wealth of knowledge and information. Honoured with a Queens Service Medal for her advocacy for social change. Thank you to Amanda Harris and Heather Smith for hours spent in the company of Marie in the last years of her life.
