de[nbsp]BOER, Margot Edna. January 15, 1959 - February 28, 2019. Margot passed away, surrounded by friends and family, after living so gracefully with M.S. Margot's family would like to thank all of Margot's friends and support staff who have been so kind and loving over the years. She will be greatly missed.

Margot set an example of bravery and fortitude in the face of difficult challenges that we all learned from, and respected her for. Her upbeat attitude was an example for all. From her days in the mid 80s in NYC to her days in Auckland, she always pushed on, never complaining. She was gifted and gracious and we will all miss her. I will not forget her or her dinner parties in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn, or her last visit to NYC. I was fortunate to have known her and will carry her memory with me.

Margot was a great lady, she fought her illness bravely, and I will not forget her and will aspire to be as elegant and classic as she was! She will be missed.
