Mrs Kinmont was my teacher at Ohaupo School in the early 90s. She was lovely and caring, and she took particular interest in the fact I was learning piano. I saw her many times in Te Awamutu after that, including each year at the music competitions. She was always kind, friendly, always seemed pleased to see me, and made me feel like a valued ex pupil.

Thinking of Mrs Kinmont's family at this time, and I'm sorry I was unable to make it to the service.
