Margaret COX Obituary

COX, Margaret Catherine (nee Wray). 27th May 1926 - 26th May 2015. Passed away peacefully at home. Wife of the Late Earle. Wonderful loving mother to Tony, the Late Linton. Kerry and Jennifer. "Gramma" to Vanessa, Angela, Stephen, Christopher, and Jeremy. Great Grandma to Dean. Mother in-law to Jude, Hitomi and Yvonne. Thanks and appreciation to the Doctors and Nurses at Thames Hospital, and District Nurses who were all unfailingly kind. Also a big thank you to the Salvation Army care givers. A small family service will be held in Valley Funeral Services Chapel, 457 Pollen Street Thames on Tuesday, the 2nd of June 2015 at 11:00am followed by a private cremation.

Dear Margaret,
So many treasured memories of times up at Kereta or in your lovely home in Thames, enjoying a cup of tea and some lovely baking. Earle always had some bounty to share from his vege garden too.
I remember often breaking my trip back to Waikato University from Kereta, and enjoying a cup of tea with you and Earle, and taking a walk around your lovely garden.
You made us a beautiful cake for our wedding too.
You and Earle were like surrogate family to my family.
Rest in peace dear Margaret.
Love and condolences to Tony, Kerry, Jennifer and all the family.
