Margaret CAMERON Obituary

CAMERON, Margaret Leone (n?e Grice). Peacefully in Dunedin, on 6 August 2016, in her 94th year, surrounded by her family. Beloved wife and inseparable companion for 54 years of the late Peter; devoted and cherished mother and mother- in-law of Elizabeth and Bill Purdie, Margi Cameron (Toronto), and Vicky Cameron and David Christie (Christchurch); a proud and much loved grandmother to her grandchildren and great- grandchildren, David and Rachael, and Toby, Moss, and Matilda Purdie (Nelson), and the late Julia Purdie, Evan and Alli Cameron, and Gabriel Cameron (Toronto), Sophia Cameron-Christie and Kieran Bunn, and Peter Cameron- Christie and Emily Stankaitis (Napier). Margaret will also be missed by her many friends in the gardening community and University circles. Our thanks to the staff of Ward 4C, Dunedin Hospital, for their tender care of Margaret; and to Dr Mark Bevin for his dedicated care of both Margaret and Peter over many years.
